Try this first
The camera is black, or keeps asking for access
Camera Grid needs the camera for its main screen. Open the Settings app → Apps → Camera Grid, turn Camera on, then reopen Camera Grid.
Photos are not saving
Camera Grid saves with add-only access to Photos. Open Settings → Apps → Camera Grid → Photos and choose Add Photos Only (or Full Access), then take the photo again.
Pro is missing on a new iPhone
Open Settings → Camera Grid Pro in the app, or the Pro screen, and tap Restore Purchases. Use the Apple Account you bought Pro with. With Family Sharing, the purchaser’s family gets it too.
A guide won’t lock
The ring turns green when everything that guide measures fits: where the subject sits, its size, the horizon, the camera’s angle. Follow the one instruction on screen. If the coach goes quiet but the ring is not green, no single move can lock that guide from where you stand: step somewhere else, or tap Auto for a guide made for this scene. No score at all means the scene gives the guide nothing to measure.
48 MP is not available
48 MP comes from the main lens at 1×, on an iPhone whose main camera has 48 MP. Zoom back to 1× to use it.
ProRAW is missing
Apple ProRAW needs an iPhone that supports it, such as a Pro model. On other devices Camera Grid shoots HEIF.
